Congratulations to the newly appointed General Manager, Mr. Rapeeporn Thavorn.
The Holiday Inn Resort Phuket team members are proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Rapeeporn Thavorn as he is moving into his first General Manager role.
He has joined the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket in July 1993 as a Receptionist and completed 29 years of bagging huge experience working through various roles from the Operator, Receptionist, Senior Manager Revenue, and Resident Manager.
He successfully managed and drive guest satisfaction with active interaction with guests in lieu to improve the service standards whilst achieving a high passing score in Brand Standard and estimate to close the year with 7 out of 7 metrics.
Congratulations on this well-deserved promotion! We have seen you work many long hours and demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to continuously improving our hotel performance. It’s clear you have the drive and potential needed to lead our team. Thank you for inspiring all of us to work hard and reach our goals.
