No, the Busakorn Pool is for the exclusive use of the guests staying in the Busakorn Premium Wing. If you are staying in the Main Wing, you can not use the Busakorn Pool. If you upgrade your room to the newly renovated Busakorn Wing, you will then be able to use the pool.

Yes. We need to have the same credit card that was used at the time you made your booking. The reason for this is that we need to verify the credit card and credit card holder, who should be present at the time of check in.
